Beginner's Guide FAQ
Everything you need to know to get started.
How often should I use my Viminto device?
For most devices, we recommend 3-5 times per week for optimal results. Start with 2-3 sessions in your first week to let your skin adjust, then gradually increase frequency.
When will I see results?
Most users notice improved skin texture and glow within 2-3 weeks of consistent use. For lifting and toning effects, expect visible results in 4-6 weeks.
What's the best order for my skincare routine?
Cleanse first, then use your device on clean skin. Apply serum immediately after (absorption is 300% better post-device), followed by moisturizer. In the AM, finish with SPF.
Can I use devices with my existing skincare products?
Yes! Our devices work with most water-based serums and moisturizers. Avoid using them with oil-based products or thick creams, as these can interfere with conductivity.
Are Viminto devices safe for sensitive skin?
Our devices are designed with adjustable intensity settings. Start on the lowest setting and gradually increase as your skin adapts. If you have specific skin conditions, consult your dermatologist first.
What's the difference between LED colors?
Red light (630nm) boosts collagen and reduces wrinkles. Blue light (415nm) kills acne bacteria. Near-infrared penetrates deeper to reduce inflammation. Our Face Massager includes all three modes.
