2. Shipping Regions
We ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- U.S. Territories (PR, GU, VI) — subject to carrier availability
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses — longer delivery times apply
If an address is not serviceable or a product is restricted for the destination (e.g., battery restrictions), we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Order Processing
Processing Time: 1-3 business days (order verification, quality checks, packaging, carrier handoff)
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST begin processing the next business day
Business Days: Monday-Friday (excludes weekends and U.S. federal holidays)
We may delay shipment briefly for address verification or fraud prevention. We'll contact you if more information is needed.
5. Shipping Costs & Transparency

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you pay. No hidden fees.
We disclose all mandatory charges upfront as required by California's Honest Pricing Law (SB 478).
6. Delivery Estimates
"Shipped" = Package handed to carrier with tracking number issued
"Delivered" = Carrier has marked package as delivered
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include processing time + carrier transit time. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Product-Specific Notes: Some items (wellness/electrical devices, items with batteries) may require additional packing or specific carriers.
7. Carriers & Tracking
Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers (selected based on destination and product)
Tracking: Once shipped, we email you a confirmation with tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.
Multiple Packages: Large orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
8. Expedited Shipping Rules
Expedited shipping applies only to eligible items and destinations:
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska/Hawaii, and remote areas may not be eligible
- Some products may be restricted from air shipment (lithium battery rules)
- Expedited shipping speeds transit time, not processing time
If expedited is unavailable after purchase, we'll contact you with alternatives or refund the difference.
9. Address Rules
PO Boxes: Eligible for USPS delivery. Some items (batteries, signature required) may not be deliverable to PO Boxes.
Alaska & Hawaii: May have additional costs, longer delivery times, and product restrictions. Details shown at checkout.
APO/FPO/DPO: Delivery times may be longer; tracking may be limited in military mail systems.
Undeliverable Addresses: If a package returns to us due to incorrect address, reshipping may require additional shipping charges.
10. Delays & Backorders
Our Commitment: We ship within the timeframe stated at checkout. If no timeframe is stated, we ship within 30 days (per FTC rules).
If We Can't Ship On Time: We'll notify you with options to consent to a delay or cancel for a full refund.
Peak Seasons: During holidays and promotional events, processing and transit times may be longer. Updated estimates will be displayed.
11. Delivery & Signatures
Signature Requirement: High-value orders may require signature upon delivery. This will be indicated at checkout.
Delivered But Not Received: If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building staff
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact the carrier for GPS/scan details
- Then contact us for assistance
Missing package claims for confirmed deliveries are handled case-by-case based on carrier findings.
12. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement or carrier confirms loss, contact us. We'll offer replacement or refund.
Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of box, packaging, and damage. We'll offer replacement or refund.
Missing Items: Contact us with order number and what's missing. We'll verify and ship missing items or issue refund.
13. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If we offer international shipping in the future, we'll update this policy with delivery estimates, customs duties, restricted items, and international returns information.
14. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
⚠️ Shipping for products purchased from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces is NOT handled by Viminto.
If you purchased a Viminto product from a third-party marketplace:
- Shipping Status: Check the marketplace order page or contact the marketplace seller
- Tracking: Use the tracking provided by the marketplace
- Delivery Issues: Contact the marketplace customer service
- Lost/Damaged: File a claim through the marketplace
