Viminto LLC is a wellness e-commerce company headquartered in Sacramento, California, USA. We design and sell wellness products including red light therapy devices, massagers, face massagers, water flossers, and related accessories.

2. Definitions

Pricing: Prices are in USD. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the Order and notify you.

Taxes: Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Payment: By submitting payment, you authorize Viminto and Stripe to charge your payment method.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping details are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping (USA).

Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

10. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products in original condition.

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend your account or refuse future Orders.

11. Health, Wellness & Safety Disclaimers

General Wellness Products: Viminto Products are intended for general wellness and personal use. They are NOT medical devices and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

12. Reviews, Testimonials & User Content

User Content must be truthful, based on genuine experience, and not contain illegal, hateful, or infringing material.

FTC Disclosure: If you received anything of value (free product, discount, payment) for a review, you must clearly disclose that.

By submitting content, you grant Viminto a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating the Site.

13. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be brought in courts in Sacramento County, California.
