Important Notice
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Viminto LLC and applies to eligible Viminto-branded consumer wellness devices sold for personal use in the United States.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
This Warranty is not a service contract or insurance policy. This Warranty is not a promise of any specific health outcome, symptom relief, or medical result.

1. Definitions
- "Covered Product" — A Viminto-branded electronic wellness device (including battery and accessories in the box) purchased from an authorized channel for personal, non-commercial use in the United States.
- "Warranty Period" — The time period during which this Warranty applies (see Section 3).
- "Normal Use" — Use in accordance with the user manual, safety instructions, and product guidelines, including proper charging, storage, and handling.
- "Defect" — A failure of the Covered Product to function as intended due to a defect in materials or workmanship under Normal Use.
- "RMA" — Return Merchandise Authorization (warranty claim approval and return reference number).
2. Who Is Covered
This Warranty covers:
- The original end-user purchaser of a new Covered Product
- Where allowed by law, any subsequent owner during the remainder of the Warranty Period (provided the product was not obtained through unauthorized resale and is not stolen)
This Warranty is intended for consumer (personal) use. Coverage for commercial, rental, institutional, clinical, or resale use is excluded unless a separate commercial warranty is provided.
3. Warranty Period
Standard Warranty Period:
1 Year (12 Months)
From the date of delivery to your address
Replacement Units: If we replace a Covered Product, the replacement is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer.
Refurbished Products: If you purchased a refurbished unit from Viminto, the Warranty Period is the term stated at sale. If no term is stated, coverage is 90 days from delivery.
4. What This Warranty Covers
During the Warranty Period, Viminto warrants that the Covered Product will be free from Defects in materials and workmanship under Normal Use.
Examples of Covered Defects:
- Device does not power on (with confirmed proper charging)
- Internal component failure (circuit board, buttons, ports)
- LED/light output failure or abnormal operation
- Motor/vibration mechanism failure
- Charging system failure
- Battery failure attributable to manufacturing defect
If you believe your product is defective, follow the claim process in Section 8.
5. Battery Warranty
🔋 Battery Performance Guarantee
Rechargeable batteries are consumable components that naturally degrade over time. However, we guarantee your battery will maintain at least 80% of original capacity during the 1-year Warranty Period under Normal Use.
5.1 Coverage: The battery is covered for manufacturing defects and abnormal premature capacity loss under Normal Use.
5.2 Capacity Standard: We will consider a battery claim if:
- Battery used under Normal Use (proper charging, recommended temperature ranges)
- Our diagnostic testing indicates capacity has fallen below 80% of original rated capacity
5.3 Battery Exclusions: Battery issues NOT covered if caused by:
- Non-compliant or counterfeit chargers (incorrect voltage/amperage)
- Exposure to liquids or moisture beyond product rating
- Physical damage (drops, crushing, puncture)
- Tampering or unauthorized repair/modification
- Use/storage outside recommended temperature limits
- Intentional misuse, neglect, or abuse
⚠️ Safety: If you notice battery swelling, overheating, or other safety issues, discontinue use immediately and contact us.
6. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This Warranty does NOT cover:
- A) Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (scratches, dents, discoloration, normal wear)
- B) Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- C) Damage from liquid exposure, corrosion, or water intrusion (unless specifically rated)
- D) Damage from unauthorized modification, tampering, or repairs
- E) Damage caused by third-party parts or accessories that are incompatible or defective
- F) Damage from operating outside published instructions or safety guidelines
- G) Normal wear-and-tear and normal performance changes over time (including normal battery degradation not meeting Section 5 threshold)
- H) Products with removed/altered serial numbers or evidence of theft
- I) Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or purchased "as-is"
- J) Consumables not included with the device
7. Your Remedy
If a Defect is confirmed during the Warranty Period, Viminto will, at our option:
Repair
We repair the defective product at no charge
Replace
We send a new or refurbished replacement of equal or greater quality
Refund
We refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees paid)
We may require return of the Covered Product as part of the warranty process.
8. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
Email warranty@viminto.com with:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Device model and serial number
- Description of the defect
- Photos/videos (if possible)
We Respond (Within 3 Business Days)
We review your claim and may ask troubleshooting questions or request additional documentation.
RMA Approval
If approved, we email you an RMA number and prepaid return shipping label.
Ship Device
Pack the device securely, attach the prepaid label, and ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Keep your tracking number.
Inspection & Resolution (3-7 Business Days)
We inspect the device and process your remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
9. Shipping & Costs
Confirmed Defects: Viminto provides a prepaid return shipping label. You pay no shipping costs.
Not a Defect: If inspection determines the issue is not covered by warranty, we will notify you. You may request the device be returned at your expense, or decline return.
Repair/Replacement Shipping: We cover shipping for sending repaired or replacement devices back to you.
10. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases
✓ We Honor Warranty Regardless of Where You Bought
If you purchased a genuine Viminto product from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or another authorized reseller, this Limited Warranty still applies.
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us at warranty@viminto.com
- Provide proof of purchase (Amazon order, receipt, etc.)
- We'll process your warranty claim directly
Note: Returns and refunds for non-defective items must be handled through the marketplace where you purchased. See our Returns Policy.
11. Implied Warranties & State Rights
This Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights provided by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
California Residents: Under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, implied warranties last for a minimum of 60 days and maximum of 1 year. Our 1-year Limited Warranty meets this requirement.
Other States: Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties. If your state prohibits such limitations, any implied warranty limitations in this Warranty do not apply to you.
12. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Viminto's liability under this Warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above
- Viminto is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages
- Viminto is not liable for loss of use, data, or revenue
Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. If your state prohibits such exclusions, these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Disputes & Grievances
If you disagree with a warranty decision:
- Step 1: Contact warranty@viminto.com explaining why you disagree. Provide additional evidence.
- Step 2: We re-evaluate and respond within 5 business days.
- Step 3: If still unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer at grievance@viminto.com
- Step 4: The Grievance Officer provides a final determination within 15 days.
This process does not affect your legal rights. You may have additional rights under consumer protection laws in your state.
